1. Use of the platform
DQPM offers digital courses, private lessons and literary learning content. Brazilian Portuguese A1 is sold as a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the purchased edition.
2. Payment and cancellation
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The A1 course has no automatic renewal. Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to applicable law.
3. Author's content
Texts, videos, lessons and literary excerpts belong to Alexandre Ribeiro or are used with permission. Purchase grants a personal study licence and no redistribution rights.

5. Account, roles and conduct
Each account is personal. Teachers only access data of the students linked to them and use it exclusively to guide learning. Sharing credentials, copying lesson content for redistribution or using the platform to harass others is forbidden. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.
