Withdrawal and refund rights follow the law applicable where the customer lives. Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate the purchase.
Recurring subscriptions
The DQPM Subscription (€29/month) is billed monthly by Stripe and can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the period already paid, with no renewal after cancellation. To cancel, use the subscription management link in your dashboard or write to the support e-mail.
The Português Vivo monthly subscription is billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. To cancel or ask about the subscription, email alexandremrb@gmail.com.
Live lessons
A trial lesson or a monthly-plan lesson can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Without notice, the lesson counts as delivered. If DQPM has to cancel, you choose between a new date and a full refund.
